RecommendedBeen here two years have had friends move in as well would recommend .. seen big improvements and changes since new owners .. including playgrounds. Grills and social events! New washer and dryers ! And awesome club house to hang out at any time (see pic)

I have been staying in new Orleans park since 2 years and I am happy so far. maintaince service is ok but it can be improved. Rent is too much as compare to near by society. there is a problem of mice in the society.
Ive been for just about 5 months. I love it here. The staff is polite and more than helpful. The people are all friendly. My apt. is perfect for my family and myself. We have no complaints. I plan to stay here for some time.
New Orleans Park Apartments is very pet friendly with many dogs and cats in the neighborhood. It is refreshing to live in such a pet friendly environment!
I recommend this apartment complex it’s a great place to live plus it has awesome amenities.
I have lived here for 4 years and I will sign my 5th lease in March. I love having the pool, they just put in a small playground for the children who live here, which is a nice touch, I have always found the staff to be friendly and they try very hard to accommodate when there are problems. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and make every effort to fix issues on the first attempt!
