The staff is friendly, appointments are on time and handled well. They answer questions and explain issues in terms that make sense. They give advice without making you feel bad for not having perfect habits.
I recently had an appointment at New Orleans Dental Center and for the first time in my 53 years did not cry in pain. If you need a dentist, this is THE place to go. The staff is friendly and professional. The Doctors are very up to date in their treatment abilities.
As a patient who has had multiple "less than comfortable" visits with Dentists, I found all staff encountered to be caring and professional individuals. The Dr. and Dental Assistant were very understanding regarding my fears and concerns. I am still extremely nervous about my upcoming appointment but am willing to try the "dental experience" again. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism.
Dr. Landry is the best dentist that I've ever had to work on me. I'm one of the people that gets very nervous but the staff there knows how to work with us. My 7 year old also had to have work done and he was scared but Dr. Landry calmed him down and when it was over, he actually held my son's hand to comfort him. It's great to have doctors that really care about our feelings as well as our oral health. Dr. Mays is great too!
I've been using your services off dnd on now for about 25 years and I just love your staff. They are always very courteous and friendly but I especially love Mackenzie. She is always smiling and I love that she jokes around with me when I visit.
I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff at NODC. They have treated both my daughter and I with the utmost compassion and respect! From the moment you enter the office until you check out you are treated like family!! And, I've never waited more then 3 minutes in the waiting area before being brought to the back! This was definatly the right choice in dentistry for our family, make it the right choice for yours!!!
