I have had 2 visits now. I was very impressed on both occassions. Dr. Lee was very patient and understanding with me on the first visit and very knowledgeable. I met Dr. Maes and she was very helpful on that visit and the 2nd. Dr Hoffert did a root canal today and she really knows her stuff. The New Orleans Dental Center is, the "BEST" Family Dentistry, on the West Bank of New Orleans.
The staff is very welcoming and informative, the wait time is unbelievably brief, the waiting area is family oriented and the overall service is Fantastic! Five stars for New Orleans Dental Center... an experience everyone must share!
Despite the fact that I had an appointment on the one day out of the year where there was only one Doc in the office, the wait time (10mins) was well worth it. I've been a patient at NODC for two years and normally the initial wait is like 240 seconds or less. Two thumbs up on my recent office visit. The entire staff that I came in contact with were extremely friendly and courteous. The dental hygienist was excellent and very knowledgeable. Dr. Landry and Dr. Mays are being well represented. Definitely 5 star quality!!!
The New Orleans Dental Care Facility was professional, friendly and courteous. They explained every step and made sure I understood what was being done and what was needed.
My experiences with NODC is never less than excellent. The care is individualized to fit your need and your budget. The staff and physicians are caring, knowledgeable, and gentle. There is such a sense of tranquility there. They allay all your fears. I wouldnt go anyplace else for my dental needs.
New patient coming from a dentist office which was habitually keeping patients waiting. New Orleans Dental however, was efficient and extremely professional, was actually still standing at check-in when I was called back! Pleasant environment and staff.
Had three fillings replaced due to trapped decay. All three replaced in one visit with good results, no complications.
