Always an awesome experience at my appointments. Kim is a great hygienist and Doctor Wendy Maes is great. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have been going to New Orleans Dental about 30 years now.
My previous dental appointment at a different dental office was traumatizing. During a routine cleaning, a tooth was fractured and I, eventually, lost that tooth. After a bogus root canal, the tooth was extracted. After the tooth extraction, my blood pressure, which had always been normal, was so high that I had to receive emergency treatment at a nearby hospital. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office. The staff is amazing.
The dentist was very thorough in her explanations. The staff was very friendly and patient with my 5 year old who is one the spectrum and has sensory issues. Great visit!

This must be a great place to work; you can't make people to be this courteous and friendly. All smiles from when I was greeted, until I left. Kim was very careful with the dental tools and x-ray equipment, communicating very clearly and kindly. I had a few questions for Dr. Maes, who answered very politely and thoroughly. This office is just a tad out my way, but I'd drive twice as far for this treatment.
Came in for my regular cleaning and I saw the new doctor - Dr. Nguyen. She was very sweet, gentle and communicated everything very well. Then I got my teeth cleaned by Jennifer. She was so quick and did a great job. I have requested Jennifer for my hygienist from now on. No one LIKES going to the dentist, but if I have to I will only go to New Orleans Dental Center.
