I have been to other dentists over years and am pretty sure I've finally found my home dentist office. They answered my questions without making me feel stupid or acting annoyed. Really took time to explain things thoroughly without trying to rush me out the door. Also, appreciated them backing up their diagnoses using data, X-rays, etc. Didn't go nuts taking X-rays either. Just took what they needed only. No pressure. All in all, really good experience.

My July 25th dental visit was very positive. Jennifer Pham did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable during the preparation of my teeth cleaning. During the procedure Jennifer always informed me to what she was doing and making sure I was not feeling uncomfortable. I know that Jennifer Pham is a true asset to New Orleans Dental Center, and I would like to always experience the professionalism that I received from Ms. Pham on my next visit to NODC. I've been coming to New Orleans Dental since I was one years old. Family friendly place with warm welcoming smiles. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone.
Had a few minor cavities filled today; the entire staff is both professional and courteous, and Dr. Maes has elevated dentistry to a state of art. Pre- and Post- communications, reminders, etc. all very helpful and highly appreciated. Cheers to the best dentistry practice I have ever seen.
Front desk staff is very professional and use good manners.The hygienists, Kim and Jennifer do an excellent job, a detailed cleaning,the x rays techniques, their patience, the time they take to takl to you and explain everything.They are perfect. The doctors do a complete exam and know how to treat people with respect. I live in Metairie and I will keep driving to New Orleans Dental.
