Very disappointed with this place. I came in around lunchtime for the first time, ordered oysters and when I got them they smelled absolutely awful. Granted I've lived next to the beach my entire life so fresh seafood to me means caught same day. I ordered the old bay King Boil and when they brought it out it was garlic. They took it back and the waitress was very nice about it, but when I got it back it was clear they just put more old bay on it and tried to wipe off the garlic. ordered food for takeout and did not get what we ordered. When we the restaurant they were uncooperative. the food was not as advertised and was so bad we both ate a couple bites and threw the rest away. avoid at all costs.
Slow service, mediocre food.
RecommendedAside from the absolutely amazing food, the quality of service was impeccable. Whenever we are in town we will definitely done here!
The service was exceptional. The owner was engaged with clientele and the workers appreciated the owner leading from the front. The food...the seafood boil.. made to perfection. Would like to see a starter sampler with oysters, alligator and maybe fried pickels. Must thank the locals for recommending this location... Wish we had one in St. Louis.

food was horrible. service was lack luster. decor was outdated. one and only visit.
our experience was very annoying it was not worth the price of the food first and foremost secondly to end it all at the Beyond satisfied on our way out of the restaurant there was a man walking his dog through the restaurant as if he was a paying Patron. We are over it we will never ever be back and we were at one time regular customers!! Try #Nola it's in Greensboro as well with better food and service!
Misleading Groupon. Poor management. The meal was okay, nothing really to “write home about”. We were going to complain (my husband’s rare steak was black n blue, his mash potatoes were cold, or coffee was just nasty, and the bread was hard as a rock) but noticed that several other tables were complaining so we decided to talk to manager instead of server. Took manager over 20 minutes to deal w/us and his best offer was to credit back the 20% gratuity with left our server. So sad.
