i have been wanting to come try the food here... but after reading the reviews....i don't think I will
Trusting that the SUNDAY SUPERBOWL was a better served event than my Birthday party event on Saturday night, February 2, 2019. Waiters were rude, confused, very professional and the orders were cold. My daughter's chair was cracked and she fell to the floor and the manager that I spoke with never returned to provide me with a solution to the awful drinks, food and service of their waiters. When we were seated, it took almost 30 minutes for someone to come and take our drink orders. We ordered a trio, which included crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp scampi, with Mac and cheese as a side. The Mac and cheese was stone cold when it was brought out. The crab was bland and dry. The lobster tail was very rubbery, we couldn’t even get it out of the tail, let alone eat it. The shrimp scampi was ok, a little bland and lacking flavor. We will definitely not be going back!
Went for the first time for my husband's birthday because he loves crab legs. The minute he ordered the waitress states "we have rules" and began to rattling off a stream of ridiculous "rules" for the all you can eat crab legs including a 20% gratuity so if the service sucks your still going to give them $10 a piece. They also have thirty signs throughout the restaurant stating the "rules" and cameras in every corner.
