first off, any coupon you use here is going to get 20% added to your bill. even if your service was horrible like ours, were there for almost a hour and didnt get refill once until we were heading out. so that groupon you saw, its a lie to get business. you dont save anything. just like everyone else stated the food is very underwhelming for the high price. nothing was hot or warm when it arrrived. rice was dry, corn was horrible, crab lebs was eh. never left a resturant feeling so robbed honestly. youve been warned

The crab legs were skimpy and too expensive to be so tiny. Honestly all of the food is overpriced. Definitely not worth what we paid in my opinion! We spent over $100 at this place and the food was bland like nothing had flavor other than my son’s kids meal (chicken tenders) I definitely will not spend another dime here!
The rice was dry. The food wasn’t seasoned ..... and very expensive for no reason

We LOVE New Orleans BUT the service has gotten a bit slower when you get the ayce crab legs, they take a while to bring refills AND the price used to be 34.99, now is 49.99? Are you kidding? Even when the all you can eat was 34.99 our family of 7 (3 kids) with only 2 ayce would spend 250-300$ per visit. Now we won’t go back because the price is insane.
