Having a son who has been in therapy for at least 6 years, this is by far the largest practice that we have gone to. Probably a little too big! It feels a little like fast food mental health - in and out as quickly as possible in order to squeeze in more "customers". It is next to impossible to get an appointment with a psychiatrist quickly, they seem to always be scheduled 3 months out. I feel incredibly let down by this facility! After receiving 7+ years of 'patchy' care, in terms of quality, the hammer finally fell..they closed my case without even bothering to inform me!! I only found out by calling to reschedule an appointment, and was basically told to take a running jump off the nearest cliff!! They absolutely were not there 4 me when I needed them the most, and now I am left without 3 out of 4 meds over the Xmas season- what joy for my kids and I !! I have never been so dissatisfied with a medical office ever. My son had his appointment to see the psychiatrist rescheduled 4 times because the doctor could not be in the office at the appointment time or was overbooked, & we never did ever see the doctor. The therapist was rude & not at all helpful, & of the 4 appointments we had with her, I had to reschedule 3 of them due to her never being able to be in the office.
