Unprofessional; only in it to bill as much as possible. Nurse practitioner refers to himself as doctor, as well as other clinical staff referring to him as doctor. They lie and misrepresent themselves; interested only in getting as many days as possible approved by insurance. Take bloodwork without saying what it's for - program is allegedly from 9-3 but they don't pick up participants until 9:30-9:45 and then have an hour for lunch, so maybe 4 hours. This place is horrible, they will not let my children come there because I asked why my kids can't get an appointment when the Doctor wanted to see him. Stay away. Kim Smith, And Robin from the warren office are the most rude people I have met. I will be filing a complaint with the state as well as contacting a lawyer!!

Very unprofessional. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The counselor was rude and me feel worse after my session. I never went back and would never consider seeking counseling again after my experience here. They called me a year later saying I had an appointment which I never made.

Stop don't go, bad doctors! Fraud Fraud, still billing me over and over again. Stole Thousands from Insurance.

waited HOURS to see Dr. and every time was rushed out with nothing more then a script for meds and a BILL!!!

I visited this office three times. first a woman named kim took an intake for me because I as transferred from m regular mental therapy clinic because of a problem glitch in my insurance. they made me pay $30 for it and gave me no reason as my insurance did not require a co-pay. kim was kind and I was under extremely false hopes based on this. next I had a medication review with a drr. sendi. he was extremely rude to me and refused to give me the medication I had been on for the past 4 years. after I threatened his job with ... read more

Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Great Does this provider return your phone calls? Promptly

Was it easy to make an appointment with this psychologist? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this psychologist's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in How would you compare this psychologist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Did this psychologist prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
