Anna for the win! She’s amazing at every set she does.
Went and got matching nails with my step daughter. I do not remember the man’s name who did my nails but he sat at table 10. My nails came out so bumpy, and thick. Compared to my step daughter’s nails I looked like I got someone VERY new to the job. He should not be allowed to do anyone else nails ever again. I love this place but this last experience was not the greatest. I did stop Kevin after I paid and told him about it. He had someone else redo my nails all but 2. I feel Kevin did all he could to make it right for me.
Went in this morning for plain nails that should have been $39 and a $35 pedi, should have been $74, charged me $96! They also over charge me $20-$25 more than what it should be. Third time going. I think they make up prices on spot to screw you over! Never adds up right. Shame on them.
I come here all the time and usually love the results but this time I had called to see if there was time and made it know I had a more complex design. They said there was time I got there at 1 and didn’t leave until 3:30 because I was bounce around chairs. Which is why I asked if there was time for me in the first place. The girl who did my design did good on most of my nails but two designs she couldn’t do. And got upset when I didn’t like it.
