Dr. Schannen was the "energizer bunny" but patient and listening at the same time, knowledgeable, professional. He diagnosed and treated my problem in one visit. I've been extremely satisfied with both my doctors at NMO.
Dr. Gilmore and his team are very efficient and courteous. His staff quickly took my X-ray and he diagnosed my knee, gave me options on what treatment I could elect to choose
From arrival to schedule next appointment, this office functions smoothly. Dr McGee, his techs & staff made my visit very pleasant. 100% satisfied!!
It's nearly impossible to get ahold of a person via the phone. I tried calling to let the office know I maybe be 3-4 mins late. I never spoke to a live person. When I arrived their lobby was empty and no one was preoccupied with talking on the phone. I've tried getting ahold of a person today, because no one will accept the printed referral I was given and it needs to be faxed from one office to the other. Dr Gilmore is excellent!! He is empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Alexis at the front desk was very professional and helpful at check in and check out! Jessica who assisted and took me to my room for Dr.Gilmore, was very pleasant and helpful.
