Had an appointment at 9 .trying to reach them over the phone which was never picked up just to inform them that will be running 10 mins late due to parking issue . When reached there was told rudely by the receptionist that you are late and we have book an appointment on another day? Mate everyone works like you do . This place is great. When I walked in, the staff at the reception were extremely helpful and managed to organise an ultrasound within a day. Gulshan, who performed my ultrasound was a true professional. My GP received the results the next day.
Really not sure how they managed to book an appointment on a day they’re closed. You guys should know your own opening hours. Complete waste of time.
