I took my father for an X-ray last Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting Shane. He was wonderful and highly professional and exactly knows the tricks how to handle a handicap elderly ppls. Our overall experience was exceptional. Thank you, Shane For management i speak about your center and share my experience with age care head and request to send ppl to your center for imaging where skilled ppl like shane can do the imaging with out hassle to them

Little confused and concerned when I went for a follow up ultrasound, the language used to describe my situation was harsh, they also noted that I was Male on my scans, surprising given I had an internal pelvic ultrasound.

I recently took a family member for a ultrasound guided cortisone injection. We had already done scans & my GP said they won't need to do scans again, only the procedure. The reception staff are friendly however questionable procedures as I was told the exact same scans needed to be done again, that were done only a few days prior at another imaging clinic. The scans were done by someone training, we were not advised or given a option if we wanted someone training to do the scans. Only to have someone else come in & do them ... read more
