I had to reschedule my DOT Physical appointment twice. The first time was because the AI assistant is evidently not programmed to handle those correctly. The second time was when I arrived at the appointment and found out there was not a qualified examiner there that day. The final appointment went well but I had to redo the DOT form because the one I filled out was sent from the Sonoma office and my appointment had been rescheduled to the Napa office.
