Felt like I could have read that information online and save the $200. Doctor just read the chart, didn’t check anything else eyes, neck for pain…. It was a casual conversation of what could be and what sound to me that it happen. Honestly I waisted time and money.
Had a finger laceration that would not stop bleeding. Called to ensure they could handle the situation which they said they could. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and wait time was very reasonable especially considering there were appointments they had to accommodate and other walk in emergencies. The staff was very friendly, very efficient, and I felt well taken care of. I would absolutely return (although I hope I never need to!) and I will recommend them to my friends and family
Very prompt with appt time, professional and pleasant. The PA at the Napa Urgent care, Jared Lew was very caring, professional and polite. Thank you for your services.
Lazy. Uninformed and not trying to help anyone. The woman who answered the phone was stumbling over her words, seemed very unqualified to even answer a phone call and was noticeably annoyed I was calling. She spoke over me at every turn and basically wanted me to just go away.
Appreciated being fit into the schedule without an appt!
