It's my second visit for laser hair removal ( facial ) So far I m ok , looking forward for the results lol Got scared after reading negative comments about the Glendale Branch I have been to encino location twice Let's see how these 6 sessions go
I don't like tell that I hated but they burned me 3 times and they don't care. Sorry but I called to talk to manager there is no one help me and say even apologize
I had the worst experience in this location, they cancelled my schedule after they confirmed that I am going for the appointment, I drove all the way from OC to the location and they told me I don't have appointment and then I asked for suppervior and they said Evana is coming to talk to you and after 20 minutes waiting she did Not show up so I left the location. Very rude and unprofessional people. Not recommend at all.
I love this place!!! Great prices, friendly staff!
