I love this place! I have not found better prices with service this good! Before I tried New Look I had tried nearly a dozen places to get my brows done. I don't ever want to get mine threaded elsewhere. Ms. Monita is the BOMB!

Horrible experience! I asked to have my face wax and they burned me! They don't carry wax remover and the lady dropped wax on me. They treat you like fast food. And they give hydrocortisone to use on your face which causes thinning of the skin and hyper pigmentation.
