Shout out to Wally and the competent team at New Look for getting me in for an eye exam right away after my 22-year-old glasses broke. Wally even fixed the arm on my old frame, so that I could have glasses while I waited for my new glasses to arrive. Thanks Wally!
Ive had wonderful experiences in the past with Morley and his team at New Look. Thismorning I went in with no appointment hoping to see someone. Ive scratched my eye and I'm worried its infected. The young man at the front desk just told me they're booked all day today and tomorrow. That's it. No help, no advice , no suggestions. Now im standing in line at London drugs hoping the pharmacist will help me. Having an eye infection is scary and I would have hoped to receive a bit more encouragement other than "sorry"
Went in for an eye exam and had a great experience from start to finish. I was first greeted by Kristin, the manager, who got everything set up smoothly. Then I worked with Morley for the exam and honestly, it was actually fun. They’re using some really impressive tech, including VR to test your vision, which was a cool surprise. Mana is a great optometrist. Amazing customer service. I walked in and my glasses were kinda broken and she fixed them right away. No charge, highly impressed with her. Will definitely be back to get new glasses. 🤓
Went there last week (been a customer for a couple of years) I was told to sit down, as I was explaining what I needed to the staff, she had to entertain another customer that had just came in, I said “it’s okay” because she was by herself that day, then second customer came in, she had to leave me to attend to them. I felt like they did not want my business at all so I walked away, Went to another place and I’m so glad I did.
