Amazing customer service. Great selection of glasses at great prices
I'm so impressed about professional service of Dr Morley. He takes time to explain each exam. So different as any "fast service" ophtalmologue place . Also he used high technology and explain you each picture. I recommend him.
This is a great place to get glasses. They have good promotions and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The in-house optometrist is also very good. He gave me a great prescription for glasses for eye fatigue from computer use that really helps.
My mom has been having such a hard time with her eyes. I have taken her to her appointments and we both are so incredibly impressed with the care and kindness that was shown to her at Newlook. The store manager is so personable and deserves a shout out for her outstanding customer service. Jane Bayne and I highly recommend this unique clinic!
Had an eyeglasses emergency this morning, lost a screw, and i'm blind without my glasses and it's sunday.... Popped into New Look at Tillicim mall, Walid helped me out fixed them right away.....polite, professional and fast. Definitely be back whwn I need my new upcoming pair.of glasses. Thanks folks.
