I have changed my rating to 5 stars! The manager (Kristen) reached out to me and apologized about my previous visit. She went above and beyond to make sure I found frames that I loved. She made looking for frames fun, such a lovely person! I am so excited to get my new frames :) Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. Sadly I did not have a great experience at this place. High pressure sales that made me feel rushed that I ended up with 2 pairs of glasses I don't love and can't replace for another 2 years :( (Although I probably will out of my own pocket) Also, while I appreciate that they wanted me to update my prescription, they were rude and belittling. I ended up spending hours I didn't plan just to get a new pair of glasses and, like I said, I really am not happy. I will not be back
This was our second time using New Look (Hillside) and we were not disappointed. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from and the service is excellent. Manager Kirsten is always bright and cheerful, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We received the best advice possible and were very pleased with the end result. We would recommend New Look Eyewear without hesitation.
