My car was side swiped by someone who couldn't stay in their lane. It wasn't pretty, New Look, took my car in, replaced my doors and painted the side of my car and it looks brand new! AND, when the insurance company stopped paying for my rental, New Look took over and paid until my car was finished! Couldn't be happier!
We recently took our vehicle here to be fixed after a collision. When we went to pick it up the first time we saw a few issues. They honestly accepted the issues and said they would take care of them right away. When we came to pick it up after that, we were so pleased. It looked brand new - and we received our vehicle back in better condition than when we dropped it off. Highly recommend them - they are honest and do great work.
Amazing professionalism and amazing work!! It's safe to say I provided New Look with a challenging situation from the first time I walked in the door. I brought them a rare car with top of the line aftermarket parts and a very strict deadline that could not be missed. The car needed some serious work that they came highly recommended to perform.
