Just picked up my car today! Looks great and done in a timely manner! Mike was my estimator he’s great!
My car was actually repaired at the Central location but Enterprise Rent a Car dropped me off at the wrong location. NLCC went out of their way to not only get Enterprise to come back and get me (they originally refused until NLCC manager called) but they also called their Central location and asked them to stay until I arrive. Thank you!

New Look is the only place I would take my vehicle.. I have had nothing but the best treatment, Don Hill is great to work with and Letty calls with daily updates. There's never a question on the status of repairs. I would recommend this collision center to anyone in need of repairs on their vehicle.
