New Look Collision Center, 102 Corporate Park Dr, Henderson, NV 89074. Worst customer service I have ever had - hands down. They received my car (MB C350) on Tuesday 10/9/2018 thru my GEICO insurance and had 2 hrs of work that needed to be done. I called the shop on Friday 10/12/2018 and they did not even start the work on my car yet. When I called to complain, they decided to refuse to work on my car. Awesome people and a super clean shop.
I recently moved here from VT and did some research on body shops around the area. The shop off of Corporate Drive in Henderson had great reviews. After picking my car up I noticed a few very minor imperfections and brought it back to them a few days later to have it looked at. They looked over the vehicle, agreed that there were some small imperfections in the work, and they didn’t give me a hard time at all. Great place!!! Unfortunately I had several cars done here, fortunate for me, these guys know their stuff because when they were repaired, they DEFINITELY HAD THAT NEW LOOK AGAIN!!!
