Recommendedthis veterinary practice is phenomenal. my whole family uses them, and has since I was a child. they've come up with all kinds of creative ways to help our animals over the years, and are so good at what they do.
I cannot say enough good things about the vets and the staff here. Any time we have a question or concern about our dogs they are there to help, be it returning a voicemail, talking over the phone, finding an appointment time or being the best investigators as they try to figure out what's going on. Dr. King and her staff are kind, caring, passionate and go above and beyond for their patients.
New London Veterinary Center has been taking of our family pets since the early 1990’s. We have consistently had the best care from Dr. King and her staff. Dr. King has intuition to go along with her knowledge and experience. Dr. King and her staff are thoughtful, caring and sensitive to the pets and their owners. My baby, Snuggles, had been going to New London for as long as I can remember. Dr. King is AMAZING as is everyone else there. Last Monday I had to make the difficult decision to lay Snuggles to rest. Before I made the decision, Dr. King was very empathetic and compassionate. She was very thorough explaining my choices and what would occur with each choice. I cannot thank all of those Snuggles had contact with at New London enough throughout the years.
Dr. King, Dr. Bendokas and the entire staff has gone above and beyond for my dog Kane. Kane was initially just my foster dog who had severe skin issues. He was basically hairless when I got him. In just 5 months under new London's care, Kane has made more progress then I ever thought would be possible for him. Words can not Express how greatful I am for all the hard work, love and dedication they have invested in my boy Kane! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! -Emily Allen
