Was in the salon today for a mani and pedi today, upon arrival I showed the technician a picture of what I was looking for so I was informed that she didn’t know how to it, so I changed the design to a basic gray and a single silver glitter nail. I also had a dip powder in which my nails were actually dipped in (please note this is a sanitation issue, for it was not a new container) you would think a salon would take more precaution with the current COVID-19 epidemic. Customer service is not dead! I had to return to New Line Nails after something happened to the polish when it dried on my nails. The polish Made a wavy really textured messy look on my nails. Something just wasn’t right. I went back in same day - couple gals reviewed my nails and said “you want a new color? No problem!” The gal that started working on my nails (note almost close to closing time) was so sweet, so patient, did a meticulous job - when she could have easily rushed through, brushed my concerns aside and quickly ... read more
Lady wasn't even friendly, didn't try to upsell me to a better pedicure, didn't offer a $5 flower at the end - she just wanted to be done! To top it off, 2 nails are cut crooked and she cut me while cutting them, enough to make my toe bleed.....won't be going here again
Best place to get your nails done. The owner is amazing!
