It was a good experience. never dealt with a smaller auto sales company. its was less pressure dealing with a let me call it a BIG BOX DEALERSHIP. Showed us the car and walked away so we could talk about it with out having someone standing over us. The big plus was to test drive the car without a sales person.
Car was sold, but they did call me.
We drove an hour and a half to take the car out for the appointment test drive I set up with them. When I arrived car wasn't on site, waited almost an hour before it was there to test drive, found out his in laws were using it, which right or wrong I didn't love at all. Miles also were about 1,000 more than advertised. Once we agreed to move forward and purchase the vehicle, paperwork was slow developing, and when we picked the car up to take home they left us with 20 miles to empty in the tank. at very least have the custom... read more
