Jessica is a great facilitator for the Cups of Wisdom retirement group. She has prepared a binder for us to work through and has great outside reading recommendations. She is very adept at incorporating info from our discussions into the next set of ideas for sessions. This group has helped me get through a tough year. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience with my teenage daughter’s counselor. Her advice was completely unhelpful and seemed to lack any real psychological insight. Instead of teaching her about managing her nervous system or providing professional strategies to cope with her issues, he just encouraged her to quit school and start working, which felt reckless and inappropriate for a minor.
