I just had my first visit with Dr. Sunlight Little, and let me tell you she IS a ray of sunshine! We began our session with assessing my needs by discussing my health pertaining to diet, exercise, and overall wellness concerns. She is an astute listener and honed in on the issues. I booked a deep tissue massage and cupping. Afterwards I felt like a million bucks! I already booked my next session. In an age of processed foods, medications and GMOs, I am thankful that there is someone concerned with keeping me healthy; not treating my illness. The commitment to natural living is prominently demonstrated and encouraged thru her raw vegan lifestyle and the use of herbs. I'm not fully a raw vegan but I've seen the benefits of healthy eating!! Now I'm living healthy; because God gave us the tree for our healing; not pills and prescriptions!! She is also a wonderful massage therapist!!
Dr Little has positive energy and magic hands, so a massage is not only physically healing and invigorating, but emotionally her optimistic and constructive attitude is instilled in her clients!
