I had a great therapist for over two years but when she got promoted they treated me horrible I had an appointment in April that I still haven't received my phone call and they finally called me in August and don't understand why I'm so upset with them I really needed my services to continue but they didn't care enough about me so sad
I was a client at New Life Community Center on Bustleton Ave. The intake was low key and no stress. The psychotherapist I saw, Nina, was intelligent, supportive, and genuinely cared about people. It was a good match for me so there was a good relationship there. The front desk people were always very nice.
