We scheduled an appointment with Jeanne Holverstott of New Leaf for an evaluation. Although she had confirmed the date and time of the appointment and sent a call-in link, she did not show up for the (virtual) appointment. We waited on the zoom for half an hour and tried to call and email her (very politely) but she never appeared for the appointment and never responded in any way. Jeanne was absolutely amazing! She made the process of getting diagnosed as a potential autistic female adult a great experience! She's a great listener and never once judged me. She made me feel accepted and even geeked with me over my interests! I most definitely recommend her!
