Meeting with Dr. Elfert was fantastic! She absolutely understood what was going on with my hearing and had lots of great information and suggestions to share. She was very easy to talk to and asked great questions to understand the history of my issue. This was well worth the drive and I'd highly recommend her to anyone struggling with tinnitus.
I think Dr. Padham is very professional and thorough. She explains everything in laymen’s terms as you are going through the exam, and she seems to enjoy every minute of it, making it a nice experience as opposed to a tedious medical appointment. I actually look forward to my appointment with her!

I think this business must be CLOSING since no one answers any of the offices phones and we ordered ear molds almost 3 months ago and my insurance company is telling me they never received anything from them JUST AWFUL my 10 year old will start the school year off WITHOUT new molds that were very much needed
