RecommendedThe entire staff was lovely and very helpful. My daughter felt like she was understood when it came to her Misophonia and hyper sensitive hearing. The staff is very quick to respond to questions and they all made the whole experience enjoyable and educational.

I worked with Jennifer, she was very caring, friendly, informative, and thorough. Hearing loss can be scary and she, at least partially, helped me overcome SOME of the stigma of potentially wearing a hearing aid. I would recommend them to those that need this service.
Best experience around. Very professional and helpful in both diagnosis and follow up procedures. Very patient and never rushed, always accommodating. First class, all the way!

Jen is the best! She takes her time, listens to your concerns, answers any and Every question you have (and does so, patiently), explains things along the way in terms you can understand, and you never feel rushed! To say I’m not great with technology is putting it lightly. She needs an award for patience in helping me through using my iPhone with my hearing aids! I recommend her to everyone I come across with hearing issues.
Since the age of 12 I been going to the one in Monroe NJ for 9 years now, & twice in Howell NJ. I really don't know the the names that well of the Audiologist & staff that well, but they treat me very nice all the time. It's nice going there & always checking up on me to see if I have any problems with my hearing aids. Thank you all very much. My new ones I received today are doing fine.
