Extremely rude & unfriendly management – We had been there twice for dinner as the food was ok there. But, we really had the worst experience there..The management spoke very rudely. They never gave side dishes like raita which is common in other Indian restaurants ..& when we asked for it they just got it & bangged it on our table. I would never ever recommend it to anyone.
Hottest Indian food in town – If you're a curry lover like me, you can't get it any spicier than new india, however for those that prefer lighter fare, they make it to your liking. If you do enjoy the spicy food however, skip the lunch buffet because it is all very mild to appease the masses. The service is prompt and efficient, but not very friendly. In my opinion it's very much like the soup natzi (wouldn't let me spell it correctly) on Seinfeld, but that's another reason I love to go there, as strange as that may sound.

Overall great experience. – I'm a frequent customer at this restraunt, and it's become my favorite Indian restraunt in town. Not only is the service FAST, the food is flavorful, and the prices can't be beat. There is a cupon on their website, for buy one entree and get another for 5 dollars off, that i really recomend using if you go with a friend. The spicy is really spicy so order it with caution.
Avoid this place - rude management – I used the entertaintment discount of buy one get one free up to $12 value. The manager initially said its not $12, but she can only do $7, then she bargained for $10, eventually I had to walk up to my car, get the printed material and show her the discount was $12. Reluctantly she agreed. When the bill came, she added a 15% tip to the bill ( for her pocket ). I thought tipping was the customer privillege. Any way we walked out of there, never to back again. VERY RUDE PLACE
Marvelous! – New India resturant is filled with many great things. Its the best indian food i have had since i have moved to columbus 2 years ago. they have great service and food. you are seated promptly and the food you order is ready before you even no it ( except when they are busy it might take a couple of extra minutes, btu the food is still awesome.) Best Lunch Buffet in Town – THE NEW INDIA RESTURANT HAS THE BEST INDIAN LUNCH BUFFET IN TOWN. THEY HAVE A LOT OF CHOICES. ALL THE ITEMS ARE DELICOUS AND ARE TO RESIST. THEY HAVE LUNCH BUFFET EVERY DAY ALONG WITH GREAT STAFF. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK TO THE PLACE!!!!!
Best Resturant In Columbus by far – I LOVE NEW INDIA RESTURANT! THEY HAVE LUNCH BUFFET 7 DAYS A WEEK AND ITS AT A REALLY LOW PRICE THAT IS REASONABLE. THEY HAVE A LOT OF VARIETY ON THEIR BUFFET AND THEY HAVE DIFFERENT ITEMS EVERY DAY SO YOU HAVE EVEN MORE VARIETY WHEN YOU ARE BACK AT THE RESTURANT AGAIN. This Place is Awesome nothing bad about it at all – i went here yesturday and this place is awesome they have great staff that smile and are really nice to you. there food is delicous and there buffet has a lot of variety and it is warm and awesome. the price is awesome and bringing groups is a good idea. there dinner is good to and i am a regular customer so i go to the buffet and dinner. the food arrives on time and is amazing. i can't say enough about this place it is just great there is nothing bad about it!!!!
