Kelly does an amazing job with nails but she has NO customer service skills and is very rude. I mean to the point that she even hangs up on people when they call and avoids every way possible to talk to her customers on the phone and in person. She even tells the customers in front of her that she doesn’t have time for that non sense. I think it’s very unprofessional.
