I had a monthly membership for Laser skin care at this facility over a year ago. I Canceled it and moved out of state. A year later they started charging me $200 a month again. I’ve called and left a message letting them know that they need to stop charging my card. They have not stopped. They have now charged me $600 for three months and I live nowhere near Las Vegas. My first time in VA New Image Advanced Laser Skin Center was great, courteous personal staff. Fast line, fast and painless procedure and most important past - the result after the procedure!!!! Nurse was polite and answer all my question. Positive feelings.
