Horrible, horrible horrible police to rent from. Not too long ago we didn’t have hot water for over the weekend which almost spread into a whole week. Tonight I come home from work. It’s early in the evening around 7:30 and the hot water completely runs out. They claimed that they had a part that had to be fixed. No the whole damn thing needs to be replaced. New Horizons Housing are a very good leasing company comprised of kind and understanding people. When considering leasing with them, I had various different moving parts are far as move-in dates and lease lengths, and they worked to accommodate me in what was ultimately exactly what I needed. I have conversed mostly with Brittney who, in addition to replying very quickly, is SO kind, helpful, and easy to work with. If you can find another rental company, please do. These people will deny any wrong doing and blame you for any damage their incompetent maintenance team does. My apartment flooded 6 times, or 2 times a year! Each time only getting worse until the entire kitchen and living room flooded. I had to throw out countless wet foods, warped product, and furniture that had been damaged by the near boiling hot water. Not to mention the warped floors and smell of mold and mildew accumulating. I've lived here for two years and loved it! My apartment is in 4045 Baltimore Ave's higher floors. At that floor, the surrounding traffic are like white noise. As a light sleeper, it is very manageable. The maintenance is very quick and responsive. They resolve issues very quickly, like usually the next day. I care a lot about service and they have been personable and also quick to fix anything. The apartment is very affordable while everything that is needed for a convenient living is included.
