I recently visited with a lady that purchased a property with her daughter that purchased through Julia. Julia advised her daughter to put her mother on the loan for loan qualifications. The daughter now doesn’t make enough to make her payments and the taxes. Of course the taxes have raised because she does not qualify for homestead discounts due to not having a social security and Texas ID.
