New Hope is a Great program, they really care and do all they can to help anybody.! The only thing is that there are alot of patients and they won't hire an assissant case manager or second one! They just fired the one they had and she was doing her best and all she could for anybody, and it totally was not her fault. (wtf) They are putting too much on certain people who care for all the members and it should be looked into because it's IMPOSSIBLE for anybody to do such jobs all by themselF!!!
