I was in for my first svc on my Ford Edge...was told there would be an hr and half wait. I was out much earlier. Ken Mull is our salesman has been for 30 some years!!
Great dealership and great people
New holland auto service department is worst in Pennsylvania, the service department has cost me numerous days off from work due to their incompetence, new holland auto miss diagnosed my vehicle, for 10 months, replaced steering, lifters, all along being the transmission, the worst part was how it was handled, even by the owner, I wish I would of never went to new holland auto, cost me over $2000 and a lot of headaches, after all this, they are the ones with the attitude.
I got a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. There were some bumps. The dealership went above and beyond to smooth out the bumps for this customer!�

I've bought several used cars from New Holland Auto Group with Scott Bachman as my salesman.. He treated me like I was buying brand new cars and did all he could to get to a price that was made it affordable for me since I am on a fixed income. Scott is always polite and helpful when I have questions about my vehicles having unlimited patience!! Great place to get a vehicle.....ask for Scott.
My husband and I had such a great experience buying a new Explorer yesterday! Tommy is always our go to dealer, he is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the car buying process. Scott was wonderful in helping to get us the different leasing price options. They are the best!!
