My wife and I stopped by New Holland ford on July 13, 2019 ( Just to look ) but with the wonderful salesman Aaron we ended up buying a 2019 Ford escape. Great dealership.. cant wait to buy our next vehicle from them.
I bought a Cadillac SRX thanks to Andy Bogedain for his exceptional customer service and knowledge about the whole process and walked me through everything since this was my first time buying a car from a dealership, Randy who worked in financials was also super cool and knowledgeable and was able to answer my million questions 🤣 Such a great team! and Randy and Andy get 5 stars for excellent and friendly customer service! I bought my 2012 subaru not even 3months before it broke down and had to go in the shop. After almost 2 weeks of waiting I get a bill because of course none of what broke is covered under the EXTENDED warranty I paid extra for that I was told would cover everything in the engine...I guess that's only unless it breaks. I tried calling about getting my trunk fixed which didnt work since I bought it and i get no where because the guy who sold me the car never responds or answers. Nice place. Unfortunately we were unable to buy the car we were interested in because they apparently have a no haggle policy. The price is the price. It was just a little more than we wanted to spend for it. They should update their online listings accordingly. If you see something for which the price is right, go for it.
They are quick and friendly
WasteMag got a free cup of coffee from New Holland Auto Group. It was 20 degrees out and they could not have been nicer! WasteMag would do fleet business with them in a heartbeat!
