If your looking for a Tree company, Look No Further!!! These guys are GREAT! Very nice to talk to which made planning a breeze. They did exactly what we wanted and offered good suggestions for future maintenance of our trees to keep them healthy. Their clean up was perfect, you would have never known they were there. I contacted New Hites a few months ago to do some tree work in the Forest area. I told them I had some problematic huge limbs I was concerned about in my backyard where my kids play. They came right out and gave me an estimate and told me they could get to my job within 2 weeks. Never heard from them. Called them later to request to get this work done and they said they would get to me very soon. Never heard from them. I messaged New Hites the evening a tree fell at my property because of a storm. I had a response within minutes and Spencer was at my house early the next morning to assess the situation. The tree was cleared from my driveway that day. New Hites is the prime example of great customer service!
New Hites cut back a tree for us .And we called them back to get up a tree that feel after a wind storm. They did a great job and wounderful guys working for them and very safe .Great equipment and safety first. They will do all the work we ever need.
New Hites did a great job taking down a tree that was dying as well as pruning up all the other trees in my backyard. They also used their stump grinder to grind 5 stumps in my backyard. For the price, and quality of work, other tree companies can't touch New Hites. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for tree work to be done.
New Hites did an EXCELLENT job of taking down a tree that was hanging over our house and power lines. They came exactly when they said they would, and they left the whole area cleaner than it was when they arrived! We highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service!
