Go with another storage facility! Ive been trying to close out my storage unit online and apparently it says my email doesnt exist yet all my receipts have come to my email. Getting anyone to actually answer the phone to help me has been a joke and unfortunately I have to work so I cant just drive up there. Im now going to have to lock my card because im not paying for a storage unit im not using!
