They always ask you when you come in What is your goal? Well , Mine was a beautiful smile . It took us awhile ,but We finally came to the end of the goal. I have a beautiful smile .
Very thorough but I would like to be kindly informed of procedures as they are happening. A friendlier, more comfortable and reassuring atmosphere could be established that way. The facility is very clean and pleasant.

I'm so glad I found this dental office. Even though I drive about 20-30 minutes to get there...it's so worth the planning. They are professional, kind & very good at what they do. I appreciate the way they take the time to answer my questions and they explain the answers so I can understand.

The customer service, up to date technology and the friendly staff are second to none in my opinion. However accounting is difficult. Common sense correspondence is lacking. I have ins and it pays well. However it appears they do not like to work with insurance, would rather you pay and deal with ins yourself. They say ins is a coupon and that's hard to take. Other companies appear to handle accounting much more efficiently.

We strive to provide the best care possible to our patients and we do not let insurance dictate patient's dental treatment. We accept many different insurances - some of which pay better for patients than others, just depends on the plans. My crown came off a couple days before a dental cleaning. I took it in and it was put back on the same as the cleaning. That was great that they took the extra time to put it back on. Thanks
