Everything was excellent and very professional as usual. I wish that this practice would try to re apply for the Aetna insurance coverage. I have Aetna coverage and because of that it affects my out of pocket expenses, somewhat testing my loyalty.

Hi Tim, thanks for the review! We agree with you on the Aetna debacle. We have re-applied with them and appealed it after they denied our application. THEY are not taking on new members and even though we were in network with them before, once Dr. Matthews bought the practice in March 2024, they considered her a NEW provider and denied our application to be in network with them.
