Very nice place. Very clean. The employees are very nice. The residents seem to be very happy.
I have 2 friends living here so I'm here pretty often. Phyllis and Lisa are so good with the residents. The other staff members are caring as well. Because this facility houses few residents there is a homey family atmosphere.
If you care, at all, about your loved ones do NOT send them here. Too much incompetence and laziness and they will not take care of anything. They lost over 5 of their residents in the last 6 weeks. My female boss communicated with me with thumbs up and heart emojis. That’s the level of professionalism, or lack thereof, with this place. Why do they lose so many? Simple. Another great event for the residents and their loved ones.
We couldn’t have found a better place for mom than New Haven. The staff is simply incredible. The facility is always spotless with everything in proper working order. Can’t say enough good things.
