I have 2 friends living here so I'm here pretty often. Phyllis and Lisa are so good with the residents. The other staff members are caring as well. Because this facility houses few residents there is a homey family atmosphere.

If you care, at all, about your loved ones do NOT send them here. Too much incompetence and laziness and they will not take care of anything. They lost over 5 of their residents in the last 6 weeks. My female boss communicated with me with thumbs up and heart emojis. That’s the level of professionalism, or lack thereof, with this place. Why do they lose so many? Simple. We couldn’t have found a better place for mom than New Haven. The staff is simply incredible. The facility is always spotless with everything in proper working order. Can’t say enough good things.

Tracy, the director, took my my mom’s deposit and stated they would have a spot be the end of the month. The month came and went and she went completely silent. So wrong to do this to people that are already in a vulnerable position. Glad we saw their true colors before placing my stepfather there!!
