Confused about insurance situation. Never had an issue with the previous doctor. Currently waiting for more information about estimates for a dental. The staff is very helpful explaining what needs to be done and why.

Lori followed up with a second call about Kathleen's plan of care and she had no further questions or concerns. Kathleen thanked us twice and is happy with all the care she's had with us. She's moving forward with the dental treatments she wants.
