Office staff is always very cordial; making each visit more comfortable.
I have been going to NHCCD for a while. I have had many great experiences. Even though I had great experiences I had an awful fear of moving forward with an extraction and crown lengthening. When I arrived for my appointment I was over come with emotion. Lori G who knew I of my anxiety made a point to come see me in the waiting room. While everyone in the office is very good, I was saddened to learn Dr. Senate made a decision to leave. How he had treated me over the past year helped reduced my anxiety about dental procedures considerably. Without him there I hope that the other doctors in the practice have the same patience skills he has. If not my anxieties will return.

After all of the negative experiences that I have had in the past I have to say that you have put faith back in me that someone really does care about the outcome. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for taking the time to understand my concerns. I highly recommend your practice to all that are struggling with their dental care.
