It was really nice to see the new owners personally come out and greet me in the waiting room. Any apprehension hoes away when the visit starts off like that ! They also completely went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was residual from the previous owners.... very pleased and impressed...... just shy of making dentist visits something to look forward to - haha

It may sound strange that I gave this procedure 5 stars, so I will explain. When I came in, I was greeted by Krista who immediately sensed my anxiety. She was WONDERFUL! She answered all my questions - there were many! She was so kind and caring. Dr. Kwon came in and continued to help put me right at ease. I needed quite a bit of novocaine and it was virtually painless - he is the master! I was referred here by a friend of mine. I always get nervous going to the dentist just for cleanings never mind if I have teeth problems. Unfortunately, I was having a hard time finding the office which made me quite late for my appt. I called the office for help with directions. The secretary was very nice and gave me clear directions. Even though I was late Dr. Sheikh still saw me. I was brought back into the room in a very timely manner.
