I had a great experience, it was quick and easy!
This was my first visit and I was referred because of my anxiety around dental work, particularly needles. I really liked that we didn't go straight to the dental chair, instead we went to an office, where we talked about my dental history, what I am okay with, and what scares me. The dentist even related something he was afraid of to help show he understood my fears. By the time we went to the dental chair I was confident that they would work with my issues and I was so relaxed my first visit that I almost fell asleep!
I had an issue with my bite, Dr. J was able to see me quickly. And gave his diagnosis very clearly and concisely in easy to understand terms.
I always have a great visit because there is little or no wait time, thoughtful and friendly greetings, competent professionals who explain procedures and have positive results. Tina always gives a few helpful tips for better dental health. Most important....no pain. Thank you!
I've been to NHCCD for many years and have always been very satisfied with the care provided.
For someone who was horrified to go the dentist, I have enjoyed all my visits to NHCCD. I am treated well, I have not experienced any pain and I like everyone that works there. Very happy customer.
