I’ve been going to Graceful Nails Spa 2 for about 3–4 years now, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Yenny has been my nail tech from the start (i followed her from her former salon), and she’s amazing! She’s very detail-oriented, makes sure you’re happy with your nails every time, and can pretty much do any design you throw at her. The owner needs to be ashamed of herself. Always wants money and is very rude not to mention everyone that's in there is not licensed at all
The BEST nail salon around! I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and have never had any issues. The customer service is amazing—no one ever rushes, and they always take their time to do exactly what you ask for. If you don’t have an appointment, you may wait 5–10 minutes because they’re very popular, but that’s only because they do such great work! The reason for my low review of this salon doesn't have to do with the work of the techs but of the customer service that I have experienced. The first situation occurred when I booked a morning appointment on their booking site. I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early and was told that the nail tech wasn't there yet and that she would be a few minutes.
