My wife and I love the aluminum patio cover! It was great working with Javier. His presentation of what we could expect was excellent. The design, materials used, and virtual representation of the final product was spot on. I also appreciated the detailed info packet that was provided for my HOA. As always with any project, a few issues arose. However, customer satisfaction is very important to New Gen and my concerns were quickly addressed in order to provide excellent customer service. Thank you for a job well done.
