I have always been impressed with the service and care my pets receive at New Frontier. I have been in for routine and emergency visits, and have dealt only with caring, professional staff members.

The staff at New Frontier are all amazingly wonderful. They know everyone, including us pet owners by name and greet you with kindness and courtesy. My pups love going in just to say hello.

We got treated like royalty... Our Tug means the world to us and we couldn't have asked for better service! We are traveling across the USA and to be able to get service on the day you need it and not having to pay an emergency fee was awesome... WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND New Frontier !
